Manages human resources operations for a manufacturing facility, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll processing, HRIS maintenance, absenteeism, leave and workers’ compensation administration, performance management, disciplinary actions, reporting, and HR program implementation. Partners with plant and divisional leadership to support staffing, retention, attendance, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

Specifies, designs, approves, and validates automation systems for injection molding and assembly operations. Develops user requirements, RFQs, machine specifications, controls approaches, project plans, budgets, and schedules. Conducts vendor runoffs, supports equipment validation, leads DFM, FMEA, risk management, and continuous improvement activities, and coordinates automation maintenance. Collaborates with sales, engineering, operations, quality teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver safe, reliable, cost-effective systems.

Develops and optimizes injection molding and plastic extrusion processes, molds, equipment, and production parameters. Conducts experiments, DOE studies, mold analyses, and process improvements to enhance quality, productivity, reliability, and cost efficiency. Documents procedures and results, supports tooling and new product development, evaluates equipment, and provides technical guidance to production, quality, engineering, customers, and suppliers. Requires engineering expertise, plastics manufacturing experience, CAD knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 25%.
