Lead immunology-driven translational research across pipeline programs. Design and oversee mechanism-of-action studies (in vitro/ex vivo/in vivo) with CROs, generate and interpret complex immunology datasets, prioritize indications and targets, align preclinical findings with clinical strategy, support external collaborations, author regulatory and scientific documents, and present results internally and externally.

Lead GCP compliance for clinical programs: oversee vendor and monitoring oversight, drive inspection readiness, analyze compliance metrics, manage non-compliance and CAPAs, support audits, and deliver training to ensure trials meet ICH-GCP, regulatory, and internal quality standards.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer and other executives: manage complex calendars, travel, and stakeholder communications; upload board materials to Boardvantage; coordinate legal document execution, board minutes, and confidential records; assist compliance tracking and audits; support cross-functional projects, process improvements, and manage department budgets, invoices, POs, and vendor relationships.
