Administers multi-state health, welfare, retirement, and benefits programs while serving as the primary UKG HRIS administrator. Responsibilities include enrollments, leave-related benefits continuation, carrier reconciliation, open enrollment, 401(k) operations, HRIS transactions, integrations, reporting, compliance documentation, audits, employee support, and system testing. The role maintains data integrity, supports regulatory requirements, and trains HR partners and employees.

Supports office operations for Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by managing subcontractor purchase orders, payment reconciliation, accounts receivable assistance, customer communication, outbound calls, and ERP/CRM updates. Coordinates with Business Managers and Centralized Operations to maintain accurate records, support customers, and achieve operational objectives.

Manages branch operations including ERP order approval, inventory allocation, payment reconciliation, CRM updates, AP/AR, change orders, supply ordering, mail, and invoice processing. Coordinates order fulfillment, customer project tracking, collections, reporting, and communication among internal and external stakeholders. Identifies process improvements, maintains policy compliance, and trains team members on ERP and CRM systems.
