Leads in-home bath and shower remodeling sales appointments while coaching sales representatives through ride-alongs, feedback, and skills development. Maintains strong personal closing performance, tracks team results, supports customer satisfaction, assesses project needs, and reports to the Senior Sales Manager. Attends scheduled appointments within a 100-mile territory, with no cold calling required.

Own global cash management, liquidity forecasting, debt and covenant compliance, banking relationships, foreign exchange risk management, and lender reporting. Partner with executive leadership, Finance, Tax, Legal, and FP&A on capital structure initiatives, acquisitions, cash repatriation, intercompany funding, and working capital. Administer treasury systems, bank accounts, borrowings, internal controls, and board- and sponsor-level reporting in a global, private-equity-backed manufacturing environment.

Conduct in-home bath and shower remodeling consultations, assess customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, accurately measure spaces, build rapport, and close sales. Representatives attend scheduled appointments without cold calling, meet sales targets, complete virtual training and assessments, attend weekly office training, and drive within assigned territories. Compensation transitions from training pay plus commission to a commission-only model with uncapped earning potential.
