Negotiate post-settlement health insurance, hospital, medical provider, Medicare, and Medi-Cal liens. Keep clients and providers informed, draft reduction letters, obtain final medical balances, organize and itemize medical bills, and finalize cases to maximize client recovery while meeting deadlines and quotas.

Manage personal injury client cases by interviewing new clients, scheduling appointments and medical treatment, collecting evidence, scanning documentation, coordinating vehicle repairs, conducting follow-ups, and preparing reports. The role requires Spanish-English bilingual communication, strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and at least three years of case management experience at a personal injury firm or equivalent.

Manage personal injury litigation caseloads, draft and file court pleadings, track deadlines and service of process, review evidence and medical records, attend hearings, collaborate across departments, and communicate with clients through litigation and settlement. Requires a JD, California bar admission, strong organization and communication skills, and ideally 1–2 years of personal injury experience.
