Candidates must be admitted to the California bar and have 3–6 years of personal injury litigation experience. Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, integrations, and custom code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs. Participate in requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, code reviews, documentation, and system improvements. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders while ensuring Salesforce security and development standards. The role also involves monitoring new Salesforce features and recommending implementation best practices.

Supports personal injury litigation teams by maintaining case databases and files, tracking deadlines, coordinating hearings and depositions, communicating with counsel and clients, researching court dockets, drafting legal documents, managing discovery and service of process, processing transcripts, and providing case updates. The role requires strong organization, communication, follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple cases independently and collaboratively.
