Design and develop secure, scalable, cloud-native backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot. Define API contracts, data schemas, authentication models, and service boundaries. Deploy and operate services on Kubernetes, collaborate on Helm charts and CI/CD, support production systems, and guide architectural decisions through ADRs. Work across PostgreSQL, object storage, identity providers, observability, and NoSQL systems while helping teams migrate from legacy infrastructure.

Own end-to-end SmartReports implementations for hospitals and radiology practices across EMEA, from discovery and solution design through go-live and hypercare. Coordinate integration architects, engineers, hospital IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders; manage HL7/RIS/PACS technical workstreams, risks, issues, documentation, status communications, and operational handoffs. Maintain project scope, timelines, decision logs, and escalation processes while ensuring successful customer delivery.

Own the Fluency for Imaging delivery roadmap, product backlog, Agile team priorities, requirements, release planning, defect triage, and post-release support. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Customer Success, clinicians, and healthcare organizations to translate radiology workflow needs into outcomes. Monitor product health, coordinate validation and documentation, communicate risks and progress, and support modernization and clinical AI capabilities. Travel up to 15% is required.
