Executes marketing and audience-development strategies for community engagement, public programs, and educational offerings. Responsibilities include developing community partnerships, supporting audience and revenue growth, managing website updates and email campaigns, building registrations in Tessitura and TNEW, contributing to social media and promotional content, coordinating cross-promotional assets, and supporting events and interns. The role requires collaboration across marketing, patron services, community engagement, and The School, with regular on-site work and occasional local and regional travel.

Lead development and execution of multi-channel marketing, communications, PR, and audience-development strategies to grow and diversify in-person and online audiences and revenue. Manage departmental operations, budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration; supervise year-round and seasonal staff; oversee digital, print, and public-relations initiatives; use CRM and analytics to set goals, measure outcomes, and support institutional priorities including multicultural and multilingual campaigns.
