Provides administrative support across multiple academic divisions, including records, purchasing, invoices, mail, supplies, faculty onboarding, payroll sheets, events, travel arrangements, website updates, and faculty search visits. Supervises student workers, coordinates office and building needs, supports faculty and students, maintains organized offices, and provides professional customer service. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, accuracy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Coordinates administrative, scheduling, operational, student engagement, event, communications, social media, and reporting activities for nursing programs. Maintains program schedules, supports directors and faculty, coordinates rooms and student workers, manages website and social media updates, assists with events and student tours, supports policies and procedures, and contributes to program data and reports.

Administers purchase orders, vendor records, purchasing card activities, and contract records for the university. Reviews requisitions and transactions for policy compliance, advises departments on procurement methods and specifications, supports vendor and contract administration, reconciles P-Card statements, prepares reports, maintains audit documentation, and helps resolve contractual issues. The role also analyzes procurement processes, communicates with vendors and stakeholders, and ensures purchasing activities follow applicable regulations and institutional policies.
