Provide administrative and data-management support to writing agents: maintain CRM and client records per FINRA, track case statuses, prepare and organize documentation, coordinate with carriers and stakeholders, schedule calendars, produce reports, and ensure data integrity and timely follow-up.

Support annuity sales by guiding consumers and advisors through product education, suitability assessment, application processing, CRM documentation, illustrations, trading/withdrawals, and cross-team coordination. Maintain compliance, contribute to process improvements, and assist onboarding and training.
