Leads HR analytics strategy by developing descriptive, predictive, diagnostic, and prescriptive reports, dashboards, and data products. Uses statistical modeling, machine learning, visualization, and data storytelling to inform workforce planning and business decisions. Consults with leaders to define metrics and requirements, curates HR data, supports Agile analytics development and QA, conducts UX research, and trains users on reporting tools. Requires expertise in HRIS data, business intelligence, statistical analysis, and data visualization.

Designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates blended learning programs for technical and behavioral skills. Conducts training needs assessments, creates instructional materials and digital content, applies adult learning principles, measures training effectiveness, and collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Maintains training resources and progress documentation while providing guidance on learning development best practices. Travel between company locations may be required.

Manages marketing and creative projects from conception through implementation across product lines and communication channels. Develops project plans, coordinates internal stakeholders and external agencies, tracks budgets and timelines, manages approvals and compliance, and maintains status reporting. Prioritizes projects and resources, identifies risks, escalates issues, and supports improvements to marketing workflow processes and systems.
