Responsible for complex actuarial projects including product development, financial modeling, and risk analysis, while leading teams and training associates.

Lead the Accounting Policy team to research, interpret, and implement accounting and reporting guidance (US GAAP and insurance statutory). Oversee policy documentation, financial statement disclosures, stakeholder education, audit support, and represent the company in industry accounting groups.

Research and analyze competitors' annuity products, pricing, sales, and trends. Maintain competitor databases and produce regular reports and rate updates. Partner with internal teams, present findings to stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and conduct requested research projects to inform product and actuarial decisions.
