Processes non-contestable insurance claim transactions, including moderately complex cases across multiple products and functions. Verifies information, investigates questionable transactions, researches policy history, resolves escalated customer and agent issues, documents activity, and meets production and quality standards. May train less experienced associates and perform quality checks.

Supports investment product sales through advanced retirement and wealth planning strategies. Consults with wholesalers and representatives, develops case illustrations and sales presentations, creates marketing and regulatory materials, researches industry changes, supports sales opportunities, and provides training and mentoring. Requires expertise in annuities, mutual funds, estate planning, taxation, retirement plans, and charitable giving, along with extensive financial services experience and securities licenses.

Participates in financial services training, studies for and obtains required FINRA and state insurance licenses, completes product training, shadows Client Consultants, supports client interactions and product recommendations, and provides data entry assistance. The role develops foundational knowledge and skills for advancement into a Client Consultant position.
