Partners with sales leaders and scientific subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into effective learning solutions. Administers the LMS, coordinates virtual and in-person training, measures effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics, and manages multiple training projects while ensuring accessibility, quality, and alignment with business objectives.

Manage Workday Learning and related systems, enterprise learning programs, operational workstreams, reporting, compliance training, vendors, budgets, and learner support. Analyze learning data, develop dashboards, improve processes, and implement automation and AI-enabled solutions. Collaborate with HR partners, leaders, facilitators, vendors, and employees while providing functional guidance, troubleshooting, and session support.

Leads the lifecycle planning, strategy, implementation, operation, optimization, and retirement of Research IT hardware, software, cloud resources, and applications. Manages DevOps strategy, enterprise architecture contributions, technology roadmaps, projects, vendors, budgets, contracts, business cases, requirements, service levels, and stakeholder communications. Oversees scientific applications in cloud-based high-performance computing and large-scale storage environments while ensuring compliance with PCI, CLIA, HIPAA, GxP, CAP, and applicable regulations.
