Leads enterprise-wide public relations, media relations, thought leadership, and research communications for a biomedical research institution. Advises executives, develops messaging and media campaigns, prepares leaders for public engagements, translates scientific discoveries for broad audiences, manages a communications team and external agencies, measures performance through analytics and KPIs, and oversees crisis communications.

The Director of Engineering & Capital Projects oversees the planning, design, and construction of facilities projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, and staff, while leading campus master planning and development efforts.

Lead development and deployment of machine vision and behavior annotation software for biomedical research. Drive projects from concept through execution, identify and integrate bioinformatics technologies, support funding and publication efforts, improve engineering infrastructure, and mentor scientific software engineers. Collaborate with scientists, investigators, technical leads, and other stakeholders while providing technical leadership and communicating complex concepts effectively.
