Directs a portfolio of biomedical research projects from initiation through completion. Oversees project planning, budgets, resources, timelines, compliance, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement. Leads and mentors researchers and project managers while contributing to research strategy and ensuring projects achieve organizational objectives and meaningful outcomes.

Provides advanced administrative support to faculty and research laboratories, including calendar management, meeting and event coordination, travel arrangements, expense reports, file maintenance, onboarding, grant documentation, manuscript submissions, purchasing, and budget monitoring. Serves as a liaison with internal research administration offices and external collaborators, provides office technology support, and manages multiple priorities with discretion and limited supervision.

Provides executive-level administrative support to the Senior VP/CFO, Corporate Controller, and Finance leadership team. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, confidential correspondence, expense reporting, Finance department administration, SharePoint and email alias maintenance, Board Committee coordination, meeting and retreat planning, budget tracking, purchase requisitions, and management of the Administrative Assistants Information Group.
