Sales Interns receive sales training, make high-volume calls to healthcare professionals and facilities, generate leads, conduct provider phone screens, evaluate credentials, maintain accurate database records, communicate details to consultants, and support candidate qualification and placement. The internship runs from May through July 2027, includes hourly pay and uncapped commission, and emphasizes customer service, communication, teamwork, organization, and sales development.

Supports sales and recruiting teams throughout healthcare provider assignments by coordinating communications, documentation, reporting, service records, expense support, and administrative activities. Maintains provider and client information, distributes activity reports and reminders, assists with recruiting database updates, coordinates gifts and meetings, and provides coverage for Recruiting Consultants. Requires strong organization, communication, relationship-building, Excel, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Lead corporate travel operations, service delivery, strategic initiatives, process improvements, reporting, vendor relationships, budgets, compliance, and duty-of-care programs. Manage travel technologies and complex ticketing operations while monitoring KPIs and customer satisfaction. Coach and develop the travel services team, negotiate supplier contracts, support complex travel needs, and align the travel function with organizational goals.
