Teams at Jackson Furniture Industries

Assembles and upholsters sofas, loveseats, chairs, and other furniture by attaching springs, padding, coverings, trim, and upholstery materials. Uses hand tools and powered staple guns to complete furniture components while meeting quality and safety standards. Requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, teamwork, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for an entire shift.

Supports the Human Resources Department through employee onboarding, administrative and clerical tasks, employee record maintenance, documentation, filing, data entry, and confidential HR activities. The role requires organization, attention to detail, multitasking, professionalism, and communication skills. Spanish bilingual ability is preferred, and occasional lifting up to 35 pounds is required.
