Provide paralegal support in juvenile law: organize case files, obtain and analyze records, draft and e-file legal documents, assist attorneys with evidence and witness preparation, track deadlines, attend hearings as needed, and perform related duties including interagency record retrieval and special projects.

Ensure safety and security of court facility: screen entrants, operate x-ray and metal detectors, confiscate illegal items, patrol parking, escort and remove disruptive individuals, detain or arrest when necessary, maintain reports, operate AED, lock/unlock doors, and communicate with staff.

Perform advanced court clerical duties including electronic case processing, docket control, document preparation, courtroom support, jury management, financial reconciliations, and public assistance while following court rules and policies.
