Manages physician practice operations, including staffing, scheduling, revenue cycle activities, billing, collections, compliance, credentialing, reporting, payroll support, supplies, facilities, and patient concerns. Oversees clinic policies, employee development, provider relationships, financial reconciliation, claims resolution, and process improvements while ensuring adherence to hospital, regulatory, quality, and safety standards.

Provides comprehensive progressive care and post-anesthesia nursing for pediatric, geriatric, and general patients. Responsibilities include medication administration, hemodynamic assessment, cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, care planning, fluid and electrolyte management, patient and family education, documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, and assisting with procedures. Requires Florida RN licensure, BLS certification, and ACLS/PALS certification or completion within the specified timeframe.

Provides direct critical and post-anesthesia care to pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients in the SCU and PACU. Responsibilities include medication administration, hemodynamic and cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, assessments, individualized care planning, fluid and electrolyte management, patient and family education, documentation, physician procedure assistance, and interdisciplinary coordination. Maintains regulatory compliance, patient confidentiality, and professional standards.
