Develops and optimizes paid social campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities include media buying, audience targeting, creative and A/B testing, budget allocation, campaign analysis, performance reporting, creative workflow management, and collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and advertising partners.

Engage high-potential and prospective VIP players through multiple channels, build authentic customer relationships, evaluate player eligibility for the VIP Program, and support engagement and qualification strategies. The role also gathers onboarding feedback, contributes to customer acquisition for new state launches, and requires obtaining state gaming licenses. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, traveling, and working nights and weekends.

Corporate Counsel, General Litigation will assess and manage litigation risks, develop dispute strategies, draft and review court filings, negotiate with opposing counsel, and coordinate with outside counsel. The role also represents the company in small claims matters, responds to regulatory and Attorney General inquiries, and provides practical legal guidance to internal teams. Candidates need at least five years of relevant litigation experience, a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and Massachusetts Bar membership or eligibility.
