The Senior Accountant maintains accurate financial records and reporting while supporting budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, grant accounting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls. The role prepares reconciliations, journal entries, variance analyses, dashboards, and financial reports; reconciles NetSuite and Salesforce data; and provides financial insights to cross-functional teams and leadership. It also supports annual budgeting, grant reporting, committee materials, finance system improvements, and training for non-finance staff.
