The FSQ Technical Product Manager ensures new and existing products meet food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements from development through commercialization and production. Acts as the FSQ liaison to R&D and Marketing, leads technical project plans, root-cause analyses, risk mitigation, and scale-up readiness. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, drives continuous improvement, and embeds compliance into product design to protect brand and accelerate launches.

Manage sales performance and broker network across PA, NY, NJ, MD, and DE convenience channel. Build customer and broker relationships, develop sales plans, present data-driven business reviews, manage trade funding and DSMP compliance, and deliver sales, trade spending, and gross profit targets. Represent the brand at trade shows and evaluate broker performance to ensure proper product representation.

Lead site-wide TPM and continuous improvement at a large, highly automated USDA-regulated food manufacturing plant. Drive OEE, reduce downtime, implement Autonomous and Planned Maintenance, lead Kaizen/RCA events, integrate predictive maintenance and CMMS/MES data, coach frontline operators, and ensure GMP/food-safety compliant maintenance practices.
