Owns the complete customer ticket lifecycle, including creation, categorization, tracking, escalation, SLA compliance, resolution, and closure. Executes and enforces SOPs, coordinates with Operations, Finance, and Field teams, maintains ticketing workflows, trains agents, monitors dashboards, and delivers regular performance reports and operational insights.

Own the Zoho Desk ticketing system for smart safes, managing complaints, miscounts, jams, and device faults through resolution within SLA. Translate ticket outcomes into daily settlement adjustments, corrections, documentation, and reconciliations under the Financial Controller. Track ticket performance, maintain accurate data, identify recurring issues, coordinate with clients and operational partners, and improve workflows. The role requires strong numerical accuracy, written communication, process discipline, prioritization, and proficiency with spreadsheets.

Maintain daily accounting records, prepare monthly management accounts independently, create and track budgets, perform reconciliations and reporting, and handle basic compliance tasks. The Bookkeeper will coordinate with sales and operations to align financial information with business activity and ensure accurate, timely financial records.
