Design, develop, validate, and sustain manufacturing test systems and automation for servers, storage, and PCIe devices. Create and maintain test software/scripts, documentation, and production deployments (L10/L11). Collaborate with hardware, manufacturing, and QA teams, support multi-site manufacturing environments, and keep test infrastructure current with industry best practices.

Plan, direct, and coordinate production, machinery, processing and packaging operations. Recruit, coach, and develop supervisory staff; set measurable performance goals; manage costs, forecasts, and continuous improvement initiatives; ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies; support troubled workcells and product launches.

Provide technical support and liaison between engineering and manufacturing to ensure correct assembly procedures, quality, and efficiency. Interpret drawings, create work instructions, implement ECO/ECR/BOM, enter routing and status in SAP/QM, train manufacturing staff, support new product introductions and prototype transitions, and assist with labor standards and tooling/process selection.
