The Sr. Commercial Finance Analyst performs financial analyses, improves financial systems, supports training, and communicates with multiple stakeholders to enhance operating results.

Lead and implement industrial engineering projects to eliminate waste, improve processes, and support new product introduction. Develop time standards, process maps, simulations, and cost analyses; standardize SAP/MES configurations and report IE metrics. Coach and mentor engineering team members and support site-wide Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead multi-functional teams to deliver complex system-level projects: manage budgets, schedules, BOM and material lifecycle, develop SOWs, track risks, host reviews, provide weekly status and mitigation plans, and ensure contractual delivery on time and within budget.
