Serve as customer interface for demand and shipment information, develop and load master schedules into ERP, create and maintain feasible production plans, monitor revenue and planning metrics, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with BU, customers, and operations to improve planning performance and customer satisfaction.

Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative and operational tasks including candidate sourcing and phone screens, interview scheduling, recruitment documentation and reporting, pre-onboarding/onboarding support, employer branding activities, and other TA projects during a three-month full-time internship.

Lead process engineering efforts to optimize machine and line performance, direct and train manufacturing engineering technicians, create and implement procedures, support machine maintenance and programming, ensure data integrity and backups, assist with reflow/wave/screen printing profiles, tooling and DFM, and cover technician duties when needed.
