The Web Developer will support transitioning open-source software prototypes to proprietary systems, requiring extensive experience in full-stack web development and associated technologies.

Analyze case-management data and produce reports and infographics using Excel and Tableau. Write formulas and basic code, define metrics, draft technical requirements and user stories, create onboarding and reference materials, perform small-scope business-process analysis, implement metrics-driven process improvements, and propose/facilitate knowledge management best practices. Support transition from manual exports to a custom dashboarded system. Onsite in the Washington metro area; requires US citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with full-scope polygraph.

Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data, develop and validate data models and methodologies, and perform large-scale parallel processing in clustered computing environments (ECL/HPCC, Python, C, SQL) to produce mission-relevant analytic products supporting Intelligence Community objectives.
