Participate in a leadership training program to learn daily operations, KPIs, profitability, team leadership, hiring, training and development. Deliver excellent customer service, drive growth, and represent the brand while preparing for rapid advancement to General Manager.

Oversee multi-site car wash operations, support and develop managers, create and deliver training and documentation, standardize customer service and maintenance practices, troubleshoot equipment and chemical application, and resolve employee and customer issues.

Sell unlimited membership plans, provide excellent customer service, operate POS and wash equipment, assist with vehicle prep, cleaning, vacuuming, and site housekeeping, meet sales goals, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced store environment.
