Coordinates proposal development by collaborating with project teams, gathering and editing content, creating professionally designed documents, incorporating graphics, meeting proposal requirements, and finalizing digital or print submissions. The role requires strong communication, organization, deadline management, Adobe InDesign expertise, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools.

Administers weekly and biweekly multi-state payroll for approximately 600 employees, ensuring payroll tax, wage, prevailing wage, and certified payroll compliance. Maintains payroll records, resolves discrepancies, supports audits, and improves payroll processes and systems. Performs accounting duties including journal entries, reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, tax returns, and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close support.

Lead community planning projects across Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho, managing scope, schedules, budgets, teams, and client relationships. Prepare comprehensive, subarea, transportation, land use, and master plans; analyze data; review development proposals; facilitate advisory committees; present recommendations to public officials; develop proposals and cost scopes; and support regional business development. Requires AICP certification, extensive planning experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Utah land use law.
