Provides administrative and office support, including phone coverage, scheduling, mail and supplies, travel arrangements, onboarding, file management, office events, vehicle coordination, budgeting documentation, vendor follow-up, proposal support, and facilities-related issue resolution. Collaborates with managers, engineers, finance, IT, vendors, and administrative staff while maintaining accurate records and supporting office operations.

Manage multi-state payroll for approximately 600 employees, including payroll processing, tax compliance, prevailing wage and certified payroll reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, audits, and payroll controls. Provide accounting support for close activities, payroll-related financial analysis, tax filings, and workforce expense reporting. Serve as the payroll subject matter expert while partnering with HR, Finance, employees, vendors, and auditors to resolve issues and improve processes.

Provides part-time administrative and office support, including phone coverage, scheduling, mail and shipping, purchasing, travel arrangements, onboarding, file management, document preparation, office and equipment coordination, fleet maintenance scheduling, vendor follow-up, proposal support, and community event assistance. The role collaborates with managers, engineers, staff, and administrative teams while maintaining office organization and communication.
