Paid 4–6 week trainee program leading to solo Class A CDL regional driving. After training, drivers receive assigned trucks and a guaranteed minimum $1,000/week, plus accessorial pay. Full W2 benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO. Candidates must already hold a valid Class A CDL (no CLP), be 21+, pass DOT safety and drug screening, run regional East Coast/Southwest lanes, and be on the road for two-week rotations. Background and driving record reviewed case-by-case.
