Outside Sales Representative responsible for growing existing customer accounts, developing new leads, closing profitable sales, understanding client needs, resolving concerns, maintaining communication records, coordinating customer service, attending industry events, and submitting sales reports across Northern New Hampshire and Maine.

Processes customer invoices, credit transactions, and account records. Responds to customer and internal inquiries, researches billing discrepancies, communicates with customers about accounts, and supports the credit department with accurate data entry, email, phone, and face-to-face service.
