Serve as an inside salesperson at the branch counter, assisting customers, building relationships, handling inbound and outbound sales leads, preparing quotes and orders, and resolving complaints and delivery issues. Maintain customer and sales data, demonstrate products, estimate deliveries, support inventory and cycle counting, prepare transaction reports, and attend product training meetings and seminars.
