Leads municipal engineering projects, mentors project teams, reviews development applications and technical designs, coordinates schedules and construction issues, manages budgets, proposals, billing, and client relationships. Attends governing body and land-use board meetings, prepares municipal reports, evaluates stormwater and soil-erosion compliance, reviews shop drawings, supports business development, and conducts limited travel to municipalities and job sites.

Lead traffic engineering and highway design projects for NJ municipal, county, and quasi-public clients. Oversee transportation planning, TIS reviews, signal design, traffic modeling, safety analyses, field investigations, permitting coordination, proposal preparation, client presentations, mentoring, QA/QC, and provide expert testimony at planning and zoning hearings. Support business development and interdisciplinary collaboration.
