Designs and continuously improves a naval Training Centre management system and operating model. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, governance, quality management, stakeholder workshops, change adoption, performance dashboards, reporting, and continuous improvement. The role integrates customer, regulatory, safety, security, and corporate requirements while supporting operational readiness, management reviews, and strategic planning.

Leads the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of courseware, assessments, eLearning, and blended learning solutions. Translates complex technical concepts into learner-centered training aligned with instructional objectives and operational requirements. Collaborates with instructional designers, subject matter experts, technical teams, and stakeholders; coordinates demonstrations, gathers requirements, ensures accessibility and quality standards, and supports Navy personnel training and operational readiness.

Develop and maintain S1000D-compliant technical manuals and IETMs for complex naval systems. Prepare, convert, organize, and review structured technical content from OEM manuals, LSAR records, and other sources. Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, configuration alignment, data integrity, and compliance with Canadian defence standards. Support technical publications workflows and contribute to the full documentation lifecycle.
