Greets and registers visitors, answers and directs calls, manages mail, shipments, office supplies, conference rooms, and building entry protocols. Supports executive assistant activities through scheduling, database management, photocopying, data entry, and planning. Maintains confidential information and provides professional communication while serving as the administrative office’s first point of contact.

Supervises and trains behavior technicians, supports classroom educators, and assists with developing and implementing educational, behavioral, and transition programs for children with autism. Responsibilities include contributing to IEPs and behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, monitoring treatment integrity, coordinating curriculum and instruction, supporting crisis response, mentoring staff, communicating with families and schools, and providing classroom coverage across educational and community settings.

Supervise and support behavior technicians in implementing behavior-analytic educational and treatment programs for students with autism. Develop and evaluate curricula, assist with IEPs, conduct assessments, provide training and consultation, manage classroom operations, respond to crises, mentor staff, and coordinate transitions and inclusion activities across school settings.
