Lead development and financial growth of specialized programs at Pathways, oversee special education curriculum and services, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, coordinate with schools and families, supervise assistant director and staff, support training and crisis response, and represent the program externally.

Provide one-on-one, in-home therapeutic support to children (ages 3–21) following individualized HBTS treatment plans. Use play-based interventions, build social and daily living skills, collect progress data, communicate with families and clinicians, attend training, and protect clients' rights and dignity.

Provide clinical supervision of ABA services in home and center settings; train and coach staff; develop and oversee treatment plans and behavior interventions; collaborate with families and ensure ethical, evidence-based, person-centered care.
