Installs, designs, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, routing, IDS/IPS, and IP telephony. Provides Tier 3 support, network documentation, monitoring, vendor coordination, technical guidance, and infrastructure improvements. Integrates BGP, OSPF, and MPLS networks while supporting complex projects, change management, and 24/7 emergency operations.

Perform advanced QC of final mixed audio, identify and correct technical discrepancies, ensure client-spec compliance, provide technical guidance, join cross-regional technical discussions, and drive workflow and efficiency improvements. Night shift required (8 PM - 5 AM).
