The Software Engineer will develop and enhance educational products, managing both new projects and existing codebases while collaborating with teams to deliver features effectively.

Design, implement, test, and maintain back-end and UI features; collaborate with cross-functional teams; estimate and drive development work; document, debug, and tune applications for IXLs educational products.

Lead a regional field marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns, collateral, and events that support K-12 sales pipeline and revenue growth. Partner with sales, product, and marketing to regionalize messaging, analyze performance, surface field insights, and mentor associates into strategic partners.
