Requires strong attention to detail, design judgment, organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Provide technical support to employees by deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting hardware, software, operating systems, malware-related tickets, and office systems across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
