Lead and evolve the shared services platform: own the roadmap, drive reliability and architecture, manage and mentor 2-3 engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute hands-on to build maintainable, observable distributed systems.

Design, build, test and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and analytics warehouse (Snowflake/dbt). Implement data testing, governance, observability and self-service capabilities. Partner with analysts, data scientists and stakeholders, troubleshoot data issues, and mentor colleagues to improve data reliability and analytics processes.

Design and implement reusable website components and templates, own the website design system, build high-impact landing pages and interactive experiences, collaborate with analysts and cross-functional teams, and continuously refine the site to support brand and marketing objectives.
