Provide commercial and regulatory legal advice across UK fintech products, including business credit cards, payments, lending, insurance, credit scoring, and SME M&A services. Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, customer terms, and partner agreements; advise on financial regulations; improve legal processes using templates, playbooks, and AI tools; and manage external counsel and legal budgets.

Lead customer acquisition for Credit Compass by scaling Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns, launching new paid, referral, affiliate, and partner channels, and improving conversion from existing traffic. Define customer segments, develop and test messaging, run A/B experiments, analyze performance, and translate insights into repeatable growth strategies. Collaborate with product, data, and retention teams, while potentially hiring and managing an additional team member.

Design and evaluate experiments, build statistical models, and generate evidence-based insights guiding sales and marketing investment. The role involves communicating findings to nontechnical colleagues, taking analytical workstreams from framing through decision-making, applying AI tools, and collaborating with data scientists, analysts, statisticians, marketing, sales, product, design, and engineering teams.
