Recruit software engineering, data science, and product talent end-to-end. Partner with hiring managers on role discovery, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions. Build market maps, run outbound campaigns, calibrate candidate standards, measure hiring outcomes, improve workflows, and experiment with AI and outreach methods. Maintain accurate ATS data, advise stakeholders, and develop expertise in technical hiring while delivering an objective, high-quality candidate experience.

Own strategy and analytics for the new-customer lending journey, including application flows, document requirements, credit decisioning, pricing, and customer conversion. Identify funnel opportunities, design and interpret controlled experiments, balance speed, friction, risk, and customer lifetime value, and lead analytical projects from start to finish. Partner with data science, engineering, credit risk, and senior leadership to shape product decisions and the long-term roadmap.

Build and own backend acquisition technology for iwoca’s German market. Responsibilities include designing Python backend systems, relational databases, data pipelines, REST APIs, HubSpot tooling, third-party integrations, lead-value and attribution systems, and production machine-learning features. The role involves shaping technical strategy, optimizing acquisition funnels, collaborating with marketing, sales, product, and data science teams, and owning projects from discovery through delivery.
