Teams at IWConnect

Design, develop, and maintain scalable robotic process automation solutions for future B2B projects. Optimize business workflows, integrate automation tools with existing systems, analyze processes, and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate as an independent consultant or contractor in Agile environments on flexible, project-based engagements.

Build and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS; automate provisioning with Terraform and Terragrunt; manage Docker and Kubernetes deployments; develop CI/CD and GitOps workflows; monitor and troubleshoot systems; apply cloud security, access, secrets, reliability, scalability, and cost-optimization practices; and collaborate with engineering teams on DevOps improvements.

Lead the architecture, development, deployment, and productionization of enterprise AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM applications. Work directly with clients, support pre-sales, mentor engineers, and own delivery quality from proof of concept through production. Build hands-on software using hyperscaler AI platforms while addressing observability, evaluation, safety, security, bias, and cost. Apply knowledge of graph retrieval, NL2SQL, intelligent document processing, and LLMOps/MLOps.
