Drive referral growth across the Pittsburgh region by building relationships with healthcare providers, executing targeted outreach, documenting weekly in-person interactions in Salesforce, analyzing referral trends, coordinating with Operations and Marketing, supporting clinic openings, and meeting quarterly sales goals.

Lead a pediatric ABA clinic as a BCBA: provide direct patient care, supervise RBTs and clinicians, manage clinical operations, ensure documentation and coding compliance, foster positive clinic culture, and drive clinical quality and growth.

Support physical therapy clinic operations by maintaining equipment and cleanliness, assisting front desk tasks (phones, copays, check-in), communicating with patients/families, and providing patient care support. Flexible shifts including possible weekends; strong customer service and communication required.
