Manages federal, state, local, partnership, and corporate tax compliance, reporting, provisions, planning, research, audits, and tax filings. Prepares workpapers and tax calculations, supports mergers and acquisitions, improves tax processes, implements tax software, mentors junior staff, and collaborates with finance, accounting, legal, and external auditors. The role requires a strong understanding of tax laws, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Drives healthcare referral growth across Indiana by building relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, schools, athletic programs, and community organizations. Executes provider outreach, documents at least 50 weekly in-person interactions in Salesforce, analyzes referral trends, reports insights to leadership, supports clinic launches, promotes services, and achieves quarterly sales goals. Requires regular regional travel and occasional evening or weekend events.

Drives referral growth across the Philadelphia and Delaware markets by building relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, schools, athletic programs, and community organizations. Executes outreach initiatives, records provider interactions in Salesforce, analyzes referral trends, shares performance reports, supports clinic launches, collaborates with clinical and operations teams, and achieves quarterly sales goals. Regular travel throughout the assigned region and occasional evening or weekend events are required.
