The Reimbursement Specialist tracks deposits, retrieves and matches remittance advice and EOBs, posts healthcare payments, researches payment and posting errors, reconciles deposits, and supports month-end close. The role requires accurate payment posting, payer portal communication, queue management, reporting, and issue escalation. Healthcare payment posting experience, Excel proficiency, EOB interpretation, multitasking, and familiarity with Raintree EMR are important.

Supports physical, occupational, speech, and ABA therapy clinic operations by maintaining clean and safe equipment, assisting with front-office tasks, answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients, and communicating with patients and families. Lead Ivy Health’s visual and verbal brand evolution across 700+ locations. Own rebrand strategy, brand guidelines, omnichannel creative, design, copy, video, and clinic collateral. Manage internal and external creative resources, mentor team members, optimize workflows, and collaborate with Operations and Clinical teams. The role requires hands-on creative leadership, strong presentation skills, and experience launching brand identities and campaigns in fast-paced environments.
