Build and operate Python-based data ingestion, ETL, detection, and forensic artifact extraction pipelines for a mobile EDR platform. Productionize threat detection prototypes, optimize large-scale data storage and queries, deploy services on AWS, and establish monitoring, validation, fault tolerance, and data quality controls. Collaborate closely with security researchers to develop reliable tooling and scalable systems for identifying mobile spyware and other threats.

Own end-to-end product quality across web applications, REST APIs, iOS and Android mobile applications, backend services, and data pipelines. Design and execute manual, exploratory, regression, API, and data validation testing; document test cases and defects; identify edge cases; coordinate with engineering, product, mobile, platform, and research teams; triage customer issues; and serve as the final quality gate for releases.

Own full-cycle new customer acquisition for SMB and mid-market accounts, from outbound prospecting and qualification through demonstrations, trials, negotiation, and close. Generate most pipeline independently, manage high-volume opportunities, sell through channel partners, maintain accurate CRM and forecasts, and communicate mobile security value to lean IT and security teams. The role also contributes to sales playbooks, collaborates cross-functionally, and requires occasional territory travel.
