Own enterprise AI architectures, RAG systems, MLOps and LLMOps standards, evaluation, monitoring, cost optimization, security, and reliability. Partner with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into scalable AI solutions and document reference architectures adopted by other teams.

Drive enterprise software revenue across the Southeastern United States by managing strategic accounts, developing account strategies, identifying expansion opportunities, and selling Ivanti solutions directly and through partners. Build C-suite relationships, act as a trusted technology advisor, oversee account management, lead executive discussions, and manage sales from prospecting through closure. Frequent customer travel is required.

Provides HR operational support across the Americas, managing employee lifecycle transactions, HR systems, compliance, records, employee inquiries, and data integrity. Partners with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, supports process improvements, system enhancements, policy updates, change management, and HR operations projects while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
