Advise prospective and existing customers on successful Ivalua implementations, including delivery strategy, scoping, estimation, timelines, governance, risk mitigation, and value realization. Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Alliances, and implementation partners to create statements of work and enable partner-led delivery. Improve services methodologies, pricing frameworks, scoping tools, contracting processes, and cross-functional best practices. Travel up to 50–60% across the AMER region.

Provide 24/7 infrastructure support across staggered shifts: run and validate automation jobs, manage containerized workloads and VMs, monitor and respond to incidents, execute patching and backup validation, support vulnerability remediation, maintain runbooks, assist capacity planning and metrics reporting, and collaborate with senior engineers to ensure system stability and clean shift handoffs.

Partners with Sales, Professional Services, Alliances, and delivery partners to create statements of work, define governance, mitigate risks, and improve contracting processes. Develops services methodologies, pricing frameworks, scoping tools, and partner enablement playbooks while supporting revenue growth and customer outcomes across the AMER region.
