Coordinate daily dock and terminal operations, ensure drivers follow terminal flow and safety procedures, monitor trailer pools and escalate equipment shortages, verify paperwork accuracy, update operational systems, and communicate proactively with drivers, facility staff, and ITS team members to maintain on-time arrivals/departures and safety compliance.

Lead customer onboarding and systems implementations for warehouse clients. Serve as operations/IT resource, perform basic UAT, execute tactical BRD tasks, transition customers to operations/account teams, travel to campuses for extended support, and provide ongoing operational problem solving and reporting.

Leads customer onboarding and implementation projects from contract execution through operational readiness. Serves as the primary customer contact, coordinates sales, IT, engineering, operations, transportation, and account management teams, develops project plans and checklists, and manages customer transitions to successful go-live. The role requires strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, customer relationship management, and logistics or supply chain experience, with daily onsite work in York, Pennsylvania and travel to other campuses as needed.
