Coordinates terminal and dock operations by directing drivers through site procedures, supporting on-time arrivals and departures, monitoring trailer availability, completing safety checks, escalating violations, verifying paperwork, and updating operational systems. The role requires professional communication with drivers, facility staff, and internal teams while maintaining safety, accuracy, urgency, and composure in a fast-paced environment.

Manages customer billing operations, including customer onboarding, invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, payment remittance, aging reports, and account reconciliation. Serves as the liaison between internal finance teams, operations, and customer accounts payable departments. Oversees billing procedures, resolves payment issues, negotiates fees, manages write-offs, develops standard operating procedures, and supports cash-flow and collection targets.

Manages Service Contract Act and USPS compliance programs, including carrier onboarding acknowledgements, quarterly reporting, wage determination updates, contract documentation, audit trails, corrective actions, and SOP development. Partners with Operations, Legal, IT, carriers, and consultants to ensure governmental flow-down obligations are met, resolve compliance gaps, maintain accurate records, and adapt processes to regulatory changes.
