Coordinate dock operations at a customer terminal, ensuring drivers follow terminal flow and safety procedures, monitor trailer pools and equipment shortages, verify paperwork, update systems, and communicate with drivers, facility staff, and ITS leadership to maintain on-time arrivals/departures and safety compliance.

Manage and grow specialized transportation accounts by building carrier and customer relationships, pricing and negotiating rates, creating RFPs and SOPs, supporting brokerage teams, maintaining CRM/CE data integrity, and providing timely customer service and shipment updates.

Lead onsite dock operations as primary ITS liaison to the customer. Supervise and coach Terminal Coordinators across shifts, enforce safety and compliance, manage documentation and performance metrics, coordinate staffing and training, investigate issues, and travel frequently to support customer sites.

Lead customer onboarding and systems implementations for warehouse clients. Serve as operations/IT resource, perform basic UAT, execute tactical BRD tasks, transition customers to operations/account teams, travel to campuses for extended support, and provide ongoing operational problem solving and reporting.
