Teams at ITRS

Provide global Level 1–3 IT support and administer internal infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. Maintain servers, endpoints, networking, storage, domain controllers, identity and access management, firewalls, and cloud services. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, support hardware and software provisioning, maintain infrastructure continuity and security, coordinate with technical teams, and drive preventive maintenance and positive employee experience.

Provide 24/7 managed monitoring and support for client Geneos/ITRS components, respond to client queries, resolve incidents, perform root-cause analysis and configuration changes, deliver upgrades and improvements, document knowledge, and meet SLA targets.

Generate qualified enterprise sales opportunities across EMEA through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead engagement. Qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, use sales tools to build campaigns, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to drive pipeline and ARR growth for ITRS Observability and Uptrends DEM portfolios.
