Quota-carrying Senior Account Executive responsible for new logo acquisition, expansion, and retention across a named US territory. Build and manage pipeline, lead full sales cycles, coordinate pre-sales/legal/services, execute territory plans, engage C-suite and technical stakeholders, and maintain CRM/forecasting discipline. Operate as a player-coach with potential first-line management responsibilities in a hybrid New York role.

Manage the London office and oversee administration across global locations during a six-month sabbatical cover. Responsibilities include facilities, maintenance, suppliers, office access, onboarding, payments, procurement, health and safety compliance, risk assessments, fire marshal and first aid programs, DSE assessments, events, budgets, and ESG initiatives. Lead a three-person administration team and support executives, employees, visitors, and external partners.

Own enterprise software revenue across an EMEA territory, including new-logo acquisition, renewals, expansion, pipeline generation, forecasting, and full-cycle sales. Build executive and technical stakeholder relationships, develop territory strategy, and sell observability solutions to regulated industries. The role also acts as a player-coach, providing daily team leadership and potentially progressing into first-line management while collaborating with presales, marketing, customer success, legal, and channel partners.
