ITRS Benefits Overview

The Customer Success Manager at ITRS is responsible for building relationships with enterprise customers, monitoring platform usage, guiding customer adoption, and acting as a trusted advisor while working closely with various stakeholders to improve customer outcomes.

Design, deploy and maintain observability platform infrastructure; collaborate with product and support to define deployment best practices; work on-site with clients to implement and support stack; improve manageability, security, and automation of deployments across cloud and hybrid environments.

Lead and execute ITRS's global B2B events program end-to-end, delivering owned and third-party events. Responsibilities include venue and supplier management, event logistics and onsite execution, pre/post event communications, promotion, attendee experience, scalable event playbooks, ROI tracking, and close sales alignment to drive pipeline. Hybrid role based at London HQ with event travel.
