Develop new business across Newcastle and the Northeast by prospecting, networking, negotiating partnerships, and building relationships with hospitality and leisure businesses. Manage and grow existing accounts, identify commercial opportunities, meet revenue and performance targets, and maintain an organized sales pipeline. The role involves frequent meetings with local businesses and venues, travel to Glasgow HQ, and eventual office-based work in Newcastle.

Creates social-first content for major events and venues across TikTok, Instagram, organic social, and paid campaigns. Responsibilities include developing concepts, directing and appearing in shoots, capturing authentic reactions, editing and distributing platform-native content, managing content calendars, monitoring trends, and collaborating with marketing, events, and venue teams to grow engaged communities and achieve commercial goals.

Provide excellent customer service across the bar and floor in a busy bar and restaurant venue. Work collaboratively with management and front-of-house colleagues, serve food and drinks, maintain a positive and professional attitude, and help deliver memorable customer experiences during events and regular service.
