Grow Edinburgh’s business by managing local accounts, winning new B2B opportunities, developing hospitality and leisure partnerships, and leading the Edinburgh sales team. The role involves field sales, pipeline management, negotiation, coaching, KPI ownership, and regular travel across the East Coast, with occasional visits to Glasgow HQ.

Develop new business across Newcastle and the Northeast by prospecting, networking, negotiating partnerships, and building relationships with hospitality and leisure businesses. Manage and grow existing accounts, identify commercial opportunities, meet revenue and performance targets, and maintain an organized sales pipeline. The role involves frequent meetings with local businesses and venues, travel to Glasgow HQ, and eventual office-based work in Newcastle.

Provide excellent customer service across the bar and floor in a busy bar and restaurant venue. Work collaboratively with management and front-of-house colleagues, serve food and drinks, maintain a positive and professional attitude, and help deliver memorable customer experiences during events and regular service.
