Develop and customize cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications for the UMAX utilities solution using X++. Translate technical designs into high-quality software, provide technical guidance to consultants and project teams, perform data manipulation with SQL, document development work, and collaborate across global teams. Preferred experience includes Power Platform, utility ERP domains, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Define and evolve UMAX technical architecture using Microsoft Dynamics and Azure. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, develop proofs of concept, design third-party integrations, and provide technical leadership for proposals and client engagements. Serve as an escalation point for integration issues, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, maintain architectural best practices, and coach consultants and colleagues.

Build and operate the NEXUS data platform supporting analytics, operational data services, and AI/ML products. Responsibilities include managing Apache Iceberg lakehouse operations, CDC and batch/streaming ingestion, distributed compute optimization, data quality and governance, snapshot and SCD publishing, pipeline orchestration, APIs, observability, and GitOps/IaC deployments. The role requires strong Apache Spark, lakehouse, data modeling, Python, containerization, and infrastructure engineering expertise.
