Supports business development by assessing prospect needs, translating business requirements into application solutions, delivering software demonstrations, configuring UMAX environments, participating in discovery sessions, and responding to RFI/RFP requirements. The role focuses on finance and billing processes for utility customers and requires sales engineering, presentation, communication, finance, utility-industry, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise.

Own the architecture and implementation of reusable AI and insights platforms on Azure. Design microservices, APIs, event schemas, integration patterns, and shared platform capabilities. Build production-ready event-driven services using Azure Functions, Container Apps, and AKS, while addressing reliability, observability, and scalability. Lead technical validation, support rollouts, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor engineers, and promote strong engineering practices. Experience with AI, Kubernetes, GitOps, infrastructure as code, and ERP integrations is advantageous.

Build, configure, test, and improve AI agents; analyze agent behavior using logs, traces, experiments, and evaluation datasets; conduct AI feasibility studies; prototype solutions; and help productize successful experiments with maintainable Python, testing, documentation, deployment, monitoring, and regression pipelines. Collaborate with engineers, product owners, customers, and domain experts while communicating findings and learning emerging AI techniques.
