Leads the technical design, development, and scaling of the Transfer Explorer platform. Manages and mentors engineers, oversees architecture and data pipelines, ensures security and observability, manages technical vendors and data integration partners, and contributes to product roadmaps, business planning, grants, and partnerships. Collaborates with designers, researchers, and product and project leaders to deliver sustainable solutions for students and higher education administrators.

Own and strategically evolve ITHAKA’s finance systems, including ERP, accounts payable, planning, forecasting, and tax platforms. Lead configuration, integrations, access, data governance, controls, troubleshooting, vendor relationships, and upgrades. Identify and implement process improvements and automation, develop business cases, influence stakeholders, and drive finance systems projects from problem definition through adoption while supporting audit readiness and organizational change.
