Manages JSTOR digital stewardship service delivery, including support operations, content workflows, participant communication, vendor relationships, process improvements, and service metrics. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Operations, and Participant Success teams to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes. Coaches team members, analyzes performance data, supports accessibility practices, and leads operational initiatives.

Designs, builds, and operates cloud infrastructure, platform tools, networking, security, observability, and orchestration systems. The role focuses on developer experience, self-service provisioning, reliability, resiliency, infrastructure as code, identity and access management, and operational excellence. The engineer will mentor others, improve engineering practices, coordinate upgrades, and develop reusable capabilities supporting globally scaled products.

Leads the technical design, development, and scaling of the Transfer Explorer platform. Manages and mentors engineers, oversees architecture and data pipelines, ensures security and observability, manages technical vendors and data integration partners, and contributes to product roadmaps, business planning, grants, and partnerships. Collaborates with designers, researchers, and product and project leaders to deliver sustainable solutions for students and higher education administrators.
