Performs manual QA and testing for enterprise applications, APIs, workflows, integrations, and regulated systems. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, designing test plans and cases, executing functional, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end tests, validating backend data with SQL, managing defects in Azure DevOps, supporting SIT/UAT, verifying production releases, and communicating quality risks. Banking, fintech, workflow/BPM, automation, security, and performance-testing experience are advantageous.

Defines secure, scalable end-to-end architectures across enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, workflows, digital channels, and banking platforms. Designs integration patterns, microservices, workflow automation, container platforms, and security controls; guides delivery teams; reviews solution designs; documents architecture decisions, risks, non-functional requirements, and trade-offs; and collaborates with business, security, infrastructure, engineering, and delivery stakeholders.

Plan, execute and automate functional, regression and integration tests for mobile (iOS/Android) and backend services. Create and maintain test plans, cases and data; log and track defects; support UAT, performance and stability checks; collaborate with developers, DevOps and architects; integrate automated tests into CI pipelines and validate release readiness across environments and physical devices.
