Supports accounting for active construction projects by processing invoices, pay applications, change orders, bank draws, and requisitions. Performs job costing, budget and variance analysis, forecasting, reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and compliance tracking for subcontractors. Maintains project files, assists with cost-code setup, and mentors junior Project Accountants while partnering with Project Managers and subcontractors.

Support site selection, market research, initial due diligence, and financial administration for acquisition and development deals. Evaluate sites for QAP compliance and feasibility, maintain development budgets, process invoices and check requests, track predevelopment timelines, and prepare due diligence materials for lenders, investors, and internal committees.

Underwrite and model acquisition and development opportunities—primarily LIHTC multifamily—by building financial models, preparing pro formas, conducting market comps, coordinating with construction and operations, supporting predevelopment and due diligence, and drafting LOIs for committee review.
