Identify and engage fitness instructors through social media, email, phone, and events. The role requires strong finance and accounting expertise, VC/PE knowledge, analytical ability, communication skills, and relevant experience in investing, banking, consulting, or startups.

Conduct market and industry research, evaluate investment opportunities, build deal pipelines, prepare Investment Committee materials, and perform financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiation.
