Senior tax leader overseeing federal, state, and international tax compliance for funds and management entities. Manages partnership returns, K-1s, offshore reporting, FATCA/CRS, audits, tax planning, and external advisors while partnering with finance, legal, and compliance.

Support intermodal chassis and container portfolios by tracking KPIs, assisting with post-acquisition integrations, supporting due diligence and deal execution, building dashboards and reporting, improving data integrity, and coordinating cross-functional teams on operational and commercial improvements.
