Own UX Research vendor engagements from intake through contracting, purchase orders, and invoicing. Coordinate researchers, vendors, procurement teams, approvers, and leadership; track milestones, KPIs, SLAs, risks, and blockers; provide status updates; ensure procurement compliance; and improve intake-to-contract processes. The role manages multiple concurrent workstreams independently and contributes to internal consulting practice activities, thought leadership, and client materials.

Coordinates developer marketing product launches and ongoing go-to-market initiatives across internal creative, marketing, developer teams, and external agencies. Builds schedules, timelines, trackers, and documentation; routes feedback; monitors risks, dependencies, and deadlines; facilitates communication; and drives projects through approval and delivery. The role also supports thought leadership, case studies, digital transformation materials, and internal practice activities.

Coordinates engineering program workstreams, schedules, milestones, prototype builds, suppliers, stakeholders, and deliverables. Manages international shipping and logistics for engineering hardware, maintains Jira project tracking, develops schedules and dashboards, supports procurement and supplier coordination, and identifies schedule risks. The role requires strong documentation, cross-functional communication, and proactive follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
