Manages the accounts payable department, overseeing P2P processes, transaction accuracy, reporting, audits, and customer finance operations. Leads continuous improvement, problem resolution, process strategy, and best-practice development. Supervises, mentors, and coaches team members while promoting knowledge sharing, cross-training, quality, timeliness, and team growth. Reviews general ledger distributions and supports quarterly reviews and periodic audits.

Supports employee engagement events, onboarding, recruitment coordination, and learning and development operations. Responsibilities include event planning, communications, vendor coordination, employee and candidate tracking, interview scheduling, LMS administration, training coordination, dashboards, surveys, and stakeholder follow-up. The role requires strong communication, organization, presentation, project coordination, and interpersonal skills, with 1.5 to 3.5 years of experience.
