Performs configuration, monitoring, IAVA updates, log analysis, backups, technical support, readiness activities, training exercises, and test events. Supports DoD Warfighters, rotating shifts, 24/7 operations, worldwide deployments, and austere field conditions. The role also requires maintaining deployment readiness and obtaining Security+, CDL, and AMMO certifications.
