Teams at Italian Home for Children

The Therapeutic Mentor supports children and adolescents by teaching skills for managing social, emotional, and developmental challenges, collaborating with treatment teams, and engaging in home and community activities.

Provide front-desk and administrative support to the Compliance and Quality Improvement team; manage records, track compliance and training, assist with licensing/accreditation, perform safety and quality checks, maintain tracking spreadsheets, and support event planning and office operations to improve departmental efficiency.

Provide direct supervised care and therapeutic programming for youth in after-school, vacation, and summer programs. Plan and lead activities, assist with homework and life skills, implement behavioral interventions, maintain records and incident reports, ensure safety, and transport clients using program vehicles. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and maintain program spaces.
