Lead and manage special education program for a K-8 therapeutic day school. Oversee special education teachers, ensure IEP compliance, develop curriculum and staff professional development, collaborate with clinical teams, set performance expectations, support staff retention, and maintain safety and regulatory best practices.

The Therapeutic Mentor supports children and adolescents by teaching skills for managing social, emotional, and developmental challenges, collaborating with treatment teams, and engaging in home and community activities.

The Behavior Clinician supports families by implementing behavior modification plans, providing coaching, and developing treatment plans for children's behavioral needs.
